Policies

TERMS OF SALE 

 

24 hour production guarantee option is available on orders placed by 11:00am PST Monday through Thursday. Order placed after 11am on Friday on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Tuesday. Orders placed with standard production option are printed within 5 days.

 

Production time does not include shipping or transit times. Shipping and transit times are in addition to production time and depend on the type of service you selected. We do not guarantee delivery of your order on time as that is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.  

For accurate production time on each product, please refer to the pricing page of each product.  

PAYMENT METHOD  

We accept Visa, Master Card, America Express and Discover   

 

REFUNDS  

No refunds on custom printed products.  

 

RETURNS  

Custom printed products cannot be returned once they have been produced.  Any products returned will be discarded  

PRINTING & PACKAGING  

Prices for personalized balloons include balloons and silk-screen imprint with any 1 color ink. Prices for Napkins include napkins and silk-screen imprint with any 1 color ink  

Balloons are packaged in poly bags and shipped un-inflated. Customer must inflate them with air or Helium.  

ART ACCEPTENCE  

We accept PC formatted Black & White AI, EPS, and PDF Vector art files. Customer must convert all fonts to outlines or curves before submitting graphic files. We are not responsible if a customer failed to outline fonts before submitting their art files nor will we give any discount or refunds for such issues.  

Low resolution files uploaded by customers may require re-submission to optimize imprint results.  

Before submitting any artwork or text, Customers must ensure all artwork or text submitted has the correct spellings, line spacing, and font type and includes detailed instructions for graphics to print the order.  

Failing to follow these instructions shall not render Fastballoons.com liable under any circumstances.  

SHIPPING  

Customers must select an appropriate shipping method to ensure their order arrives on time for their event. Fastballoons.com will not accept any responsibility if the order was not received on time due to the wrong shipping method selected by the Customer.  

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS 

The following conditions qualify for a refund:  

  • If the balloon color received is different than what the customer originally ordered. 
     
  • If the imprint is smeared or smudged. 
     
  • If the imprint is cut off 
     
  • In case of a typographical error made by our art department. 
     

   

Following items are ineligible for refund, including:  

If a customer forgot to upload their art file OR customer provided art with fonts not outlined to curves got substituted for a different font by our computer system.  

If customer did not confirm back to changes needed/required to customer’s order within 1 hour of initial, contact by customer service.  

If the products are not stored based on the care guidelines provided on the website and the products become damaged or defective. 
The order was delayed by the shipping carrier and did not arrive as per the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) 

Defective Products Claim 

In case of any errors caused by us leading to the customer not receiving the product as per their original specification. Fastballoons.com will issue a call tag to have the product picked up and brought back to our factory for inspection. Upon receiving the product, we will inspect the product and if we find the product was shipped in error, the customer will have the option to either get the correct product printed and shipped or receive a full refund.  

Any products returned without a call tag number will be discarded and no refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued until the product has been received and inspected by us.  

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR REQUEST A REFUND  

MISPRINTED PRODUCTS  

All misprints and typographical errors or defective product claims must be reported within 07 days from date of order receipt. Any claims afterwards would not be entertained.  

Please ensure all items being returned are repackaged and that the package must contain the original quantity of products ordered.  

In the case of refunds, the customer has the option to return the product to the company for a complete refund or have another order of the same specification shipped to them free of cost.

  

All approved refunds will be carried out at the earliest possible considering the date of request. All refund amounts are transferred/debited back to the customer’s account. Fastballoons.com does not offer any cash refunds. 
 
UNPRINTED PRODUCTS  

Unprinted and other stock items may be returned if the bags are unopened. A restocking charge of 20% will apply. 

The shipping charges on such returns are non-refundable and the customer would be responsible for all shipping and return shipping charges incurred.  

A return merchandise authorization number must be obtained by contacting customer service prior to shipping back any authorized returns.  

Any products returned without RMA number will be discarded and NO refund will be issued 

 

ORDER AMENDMENTS AND CANCELATIONS 
 

AMENDMENTS 
Any changes to “regular production” order details should be communicated via email to our Customer Service Department within 01 hour of initial order placement. This policy does not apply to “Rush Orders” as Rush orders cannot be changed or cancelled. 
  

Any changes sent after 1 hour for “regular production” may not be included in the final order due to our fast production turnaround time.  

CANCELATIONS 
Customers can cancel their “regular production” order within 01 hour of order placement. All cancelation requests must be communicated in written via email to our Customer Service Department.  Any cancelation after 01 hour of order placement will be charged at $25 in lieu of order processing and artwork fee.  

If the order is already in production, the order cannot be canceled and will be shipped to the customer. 

RUSH ORDERS 

Due to extremely fast processing steps involved in rush order production, Rush orders cannot be changed and/or canceled.  

OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
Not all items available to order on our website are guaranteed to be in stock. Customers will be informed promptly about out of stock products. For any orders that we are unable to deliver due to items being out of stock, customers will have the option to either wait for the product to be available or cancel the order for a full refund. 

Any changes made to shipment dates as-a-result of product being out of stock, will be updated once products are available and ready to be shipped. 

We do not offer discounts or free product if we are out of stock on any item. 

DISCOUNTS
If it is determined the customer followed the right procedures to place an order, and an error caused at our end resulted in the customer not receiving the products as per the original specification. 

If the products were shipped with typographical mistakes, misprints, smudged imprint, shipment of wrong colors, and the error is determined to be caused by us, Customers can either receive a full refund or keep the balloons for a discount offered by us. Management reserves the right to determine and authorize the discount level offered on any customer order. If the customer does not agree with the discount offered, the customer has the right to opt for a full order refund. 

SHORTAGES
We always ship a few extra balloons & Napkins with every order. However, any shortages must be reported within 07 days of receipt of the order so we can investigate and report back to the customer. Claims exceeding the 07-day period would not be entertained under any circumstances. 

PRODUCT COLORS
Product colors and color depth may vary on different operating systems, browsers, monitor or screen resolutions. Please refer to the color chart on our website for reference or for more information please contact customer service. When ordering balloons or napkins, it is the customer’s responsibility to select the right colors. Imprint ink colors should also be selected keeping in view the balloon or napkin colors chosen to ensure the prints stand out clearly. Our customer service department can only act as an adviser on behalf of the customer and should not be considered as subject matter experts when it comes to colors. If color choice is critical, please request free product samples before placing orders. 

PMS color match end results are not guaranteed due to variation in shades, texture of substrate and post print curing process. We only strive to provide the closest match possible to the colors requested by the customers.
